The latest McGuire Course in the UK part in Bristol 26th Feb – 2nd March. 6 new students joined the programme along with nearly 100 graduates who attended to work hard on their speech and help others in the same position. One of the unique things about our programme is that everyone from the founder down to the new students has a stutter and we all know how it feels to struggle to get a simple word or sound out. Nobody on the programme needs to feel isolated or alone anymore, as we understand how hard this can be. The course was instructed by the brilliant duo of Paul Paluch and Mustapha Cham – both bringing so much enthusiasm and passion to the course. The course organiser was Zabaida Bi who is also so reliable and made sure the course ran smoothly. It was great to have such a amazing amount of coaches on this course to help teach the new students and this course also included a brilliant and successful Staff Training programme for members who want to take the next step to become future coaches and instructors. This was ran by Staff Trainers Victoria Griffiths-Price, Ashley Guerin and Michael Joyes. Having so many female graduates attend with aspirations to become future Course Instructors was so inspiring and really gives our programme a bright future.
