A good coach can change a game, a great coach can change a life.
On the McGuire Programme, we strongly believe in training coaches to the highest standards so they, in turn, can offer world-class support and become a great coach to our members in the programme. Just two weeks ago, we kicked off Staff Training for 13 candidates from 3 different countries, India, the USA, and Canada.
The candidates put in a lot of time and effort, and went through some incredible training sessions, completed numerous tasks and even did a pilot presentation in spite of their busy work schedules. Now, they are well-positioned to be a star coach for their students.
“A good coach can change a game, a great coach can change a life” – John Wooden
This would not have been possible if not for the staff trainers who made sure there was no stone unturned and ensured the highest quality of training was maintained.
